Field of application

Non-flowing cement-based adhesive for gluing tiles, clinker, lightweight concrete and moisture-resistant stone on vinyl, painted, tile, clinker and other surfaces such as plasterboard treated with Kiilto waterproofing membrane or Kiilto Kosteusulku waterproofing. Stitching can be done without seam filler cord. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, but not recommended for use in areas that are permanently under water, such as swimming pools.

The surface must be clean and free of dust. Clean water-soluble leveling compounds from the surface. Dry and absorbent surfaces must be moistened (except plate surfaces). The floor heating should be switched off approx. 24h before tiling. When tiling vinyl, painted, old tile and clinker surfaces:

- make sure the surface is firm
- check the adhesion of the tiling surface to the old base
- remove wax, grease and dirt with Maalarinpesu cleaner and rinse thoroughly.
After drying, if necessary, the surface can be sanded with sandpaper. Clean the sanding dust thoroughly.

Consumption

approx. 3 kg/m² using a standard robotic trowel (notch: 6 mm x 6 mm x 6 mm) approx. 2 kg/m 2 when using a trowel for mosaic tiles (groove: 4 mm x 4 mm x 4 mm)
