Product description and performance indicators

Emulbit Primal R is a solvent based high quality bitumen solution with additives. The product is intended for priming the basic surfaces of building structures before applying bitumen waterproofing, as well as for the preservation of corroded concrete surfaces. The mixture improves the adhesion of the base surfaces, sealing them, preparing them for further application of bituminous materials. Ready to use only after mixing. Excellent penetration into sealable substrates. After hardening, the product forms a homogeneous, durable and flexible coating that is resistant to weathering and corrosion.

Application

• Primer and waterproofing coating for work with Emulbit adhesives and Emulbit waterproofing topcoat. PRIMAL R can be used as a product for creating a priming and sealing layer when working with the following materials: membranes laid with the help of a gas torch, adhesives, emulsions, bitumen-based mixtures and solutions

• Concrete protection (preservation) against corrosion and moisture.

• Creation of effective waterproofing systems on pitched roofs, flat roofs, cement screeds, basements, toilets, terraces, and the product is suitable for working with small-area bases and foundation structures.

• Creation of anti-corrosion coatings.

• The product is intended for outdoor work.

Consumption (in one round): 0.2-0.4 kg/m2 (depending on the type of base surface)

Drying time: Fully hardens in about 24 hours
