DESCRIPTION

Special water-borne anti-corrosive primer which contains active anticorrosive pigments.Dries even in low temperatures like 3 deg. For water-borne finishing coats.

RECOMMENDED USES

Sheet metal roofs, water channels and other interior or exterior metal structures.

PRODUCT FEATURES

For priming zinc-coated, steel and roughened aluminum surfaces before the application of a finishing coat. Also suitable for use on copper, brass and stainless steel surfaces. Can be used as a primer only under water-borne paints (e.g. Panssari Akva and Luja).

Thinner:  Use unthinned.
Application method:  Brush or spray. Recommended brush: T6 or a corresponding soft brush. Airless spray: Nozzle 0.011–0.015” or 0.280–0.380 mm – thinning 0–10%.
Drying time:  (23°C and 50% relative air humidity): Recoatable with water-borne paint in 4 hours on the same day, provided that the temperature is at least +10 °C and relative air humidity at most 80%. In other cases, recoatable on the next day.
Density (kg/l):  Approx. 1.2 kg/l, ISO 2811
Chemical resistance: Withstands methylated spirit. Not resistant to white spirit or strong solvents such as thinner. Good oil and grease resistance.

Storage:  Protect from frost.
