Knauf Multi-Finish is a synthetically modified filling compound and a gypsum-based thin plaster.

Application:

Use in interior areas for

• Efficient filling of uneven and rough surfaces,

•  Filling of joints in prefabricated concrete, holes and slots,

•  Thin layer plastering of level substrates,

• Creating surfaces of quality grade "Q4 smoothed" ,

•  Full surface skimming of gypsum board surfaces to create quality level Q4  in conjunction with Knauf Putzgrund.

•  Knauf Multi-Finish is also suitable for the creation of premium interior coloured decorative surface design

Do not apply with room and/or component temperatures under +5 °C. Protect freshly applied mortar and applied plaster from frost until fully dry.

Apply Multi-Finish within approx. 30 minutes

All substrate surfaces must be stable, dry, level and free of grease and dust as well as free of any residue that may affect the adhesive properties. Mixing Sprinkle Knauf Multi-Finish in clean water to just below the waterline (25 kg bag in approx 18 l), briefly allow the water and compound to bond, mix with a slow running putty mixer to a lump-free compound with creamy lean consistency. Do not add any more additives. Level the surface about 50 minutes after sprinkling, depending on the absorptivity of the substrate, with the same tool and smoothen once or twice with increasing hardness. Dampen the surface with a little water before smoothing for the second time. On large surfaces and with enhanced surface quality requirements, we recommend applying a second layer directly after smoothening and to smoothen the surface once or twice as described above. For skim coating of concrete surfaces, gypsum boards and plasters apply Knauf Multi-Finish as single layer skimming plaster with layer thickness of at least 2 mm. If multi-layer application is required, the previous layer has to be dried and hardened. Filing of prefabricated concrete unit joints Fill the prefabricated unit joints fi rst, and if required, create a smooth and level transition to adjoining components in a second run if necessary.

Storage : Store the bags on wooden pallets in a dry environment. Can be stored for approx. 6 months. Seal damaged and open bags airtight and use first.
