PAROC ROB 80 Flat Roof Stone Wool Board 30x1200x1800 mm, 2.16 m² is a very rigid, non-combustible stone wool board designed for use as a load-distributing upper insulation layer in flat roof systems.

The board provides a firm and fire-safe substrate for different types of flat roof membranes. It is suitable for new roof construction and the thermal renovation of existing flat roofs.

Applications: suitable as a load-distributing upper layer beneath mechanically fixed, adhered or self-adhesive roof membranes, subject to the approved roof-system design.

Installation: install the boards tightly together without gaps. Stagger joints between adjacent insulation layers. Fix the boards using mechanical fasteners, adhesive or another method approved for the selected roof system.

The type, number and layout of fasteners must be determined according to the roof design and calculated wind loads. Protect the boards from rain, snow and standing water during storage and installation.

Important: provide temporary load-distributing walkways in areas exposed to frequent construction traffic. Do not install waterproofing over wet or damaged insulation boards.
