Ceresit CT 84 Express Plus PU Adhesive for Insulation Boards 850 ml, Box of 12 with Free Application Gun is a set for fast and convenient installation of thermal insulation boards. The set contains 12 Ceresit CT 84 Express Plus polyurethane adhesive cans, each with a capacity of 850 ml, and an application gun.

Ceresit CT 84 Express Plus is a ready-to-use, one-component polyurethane adhesive for fixing expanded polystyrene and mineral wool insulation boards in Ceresit Ceretherm external thermal insulation composite systems. It is suitable for new construction, thermal renovation and ETICS-on-ETICS applications.

Suitable substrates: concrete, cement and rendered substrates, ceramic brick, aerated concrete, wood, OSB, plasterboard, bituminous surfaces, glass, coated and galvanised metal, provided that the substrate is stable, clean and correctly prepared.

Application: the substrate must be stable, clean and free from grease, dust, frost, ice, snow and other substances that may reduce adhesion. Shake the can vigorously for several seconds, remove the protective cap and attach the can to a closed application gun. Apply the adhesive according to the requirements of the Ceresit technical data sheet.

Position and align the insulation board after applying the adhesive. Mechanical anchoring and subsequent work may begin after approximately 2 hours, depending on temperature, humidity and substrate conditions.

Safety information: wear protective gloves and safety glasses and ensure adequate ventilation during use. The container contains flammable gas. Protect it from heat sources and temperatures above +50 °C. Do not pierce or burn the container, even after use. Transport it in the luggage compartment of the vehicle, never in the passenger compartment. Keep out of reach of children.
