Mapei Planitop 400 5kg Fast-setting repair mortar 1-40mm

A fast-acting, thixotropic, controlled-shrinkage mortar for surface repair, suitable for layer thicknesses from 1 to 40 mm.

APPLICATION
Repair of damaged vertical and horizontal concrete surfaces.
Application Examples
• Quick repair of balcony cornices damaged due to reinforcement corrosion.
• Quick repair of damaged corners of structural elements, reinforced concrete beams, columns, and slabs.
• Quick repair of precast elements damaged during transport or loading.
• Repair of damaged concrete pipes.
• Quick repair of surface defects in concrete, such as gravel pockets, joints, or holes in formwork support strips.
• Quick repair of localized defects in cement screeds.

Maximum aggregate diameter: 0.5 mm.
Mixing ratio: 100 parts PLANITOP 400 with 15-16 parts water.
Maximum working time: approximately 10 minutes (at +20°C).
Minimum layer thickness: 1 mm.
Maximum single-layer thickness: 4 cm per layer.
Application: trowel.
Storage: 12 months
Consumption: 18.5 kg/m2 per 10 mm of thickness.
