Application areas
Repairs of all types of reinforced concrete structures and elements for:
Buildings
Civil engineering constructions
Dams
marine structures
Indoor and outdoor use
Wastewater treatment and treatment plants
The product is used for:
Suitable for concrete renovation (principle 3, methods 3.1 and 3.3 according to EN 1504-9).
Repair of delaminated and damaged concrete in infrastructure and superstructure works
Suitable for structural reinforcement (principle 4, method 4.4 according to EN 1504-9).
Increasing the bearing capacity of the concrete structure by adding mortar.
Suitable for the preservation and restoration of reinforcement passivity (principle 7, methods 7.1 and 7.2 according to EN 1504-9).
Increase in coverage by adding mortar and replacing contaminated or carbonated concrete
Application
Pour the recommended minimum amount of water into a suitable, clean container/mortar tray.
While stirring slowly, slowly add the powder to the water.
Mix thoroughly for at least 3 minutes.
If necessary, to achieve the desired consistency, additional water may be added during mixing, but the maximum amount of water given should not be exceeded.
Adjust to the desired consistency to obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Consistency should be checked after each mix.
Consumption
~1.90kg/m2/mm
Note: This consumption is theoretical and does not take into account overconsumption depending on the absorption, roughness and flatness of the supports, nor on the loss of product, and other variations.
Experiment with the product to calculate the exact consumption for the specific media conditions and material that will be used.
Yield: 25 kg of powder produces ~13.7 liters of mortar
