TIPS
- Air temperature during use: +5°C to +30°C.
- Always follow building design, building regulations, standards or other relevant guidelines concerning additional mechanical fastening when covering insulation boards with cladding materials.
- Use of insulation support anchors is always recommended.
- Consult with a sales agent, a dealer or an architect regarding compatibility with various stone-based materials and other technical issues.
- Due to the wide variety of construction materials, we recommend a preliminary compatibility test.
- Working at low temperatures, the foam can must be prewarmed to room temperature (around +20°C).
- Use Penosil Foam Cleaner 929 to clean tools and surfaces from uncured foam.
- Use Penosil Cleaning Wipes 941 to clean hands and clothes from uncured foam.
- Penosil Foam Remover 995 softens cured foam and helps to remove it easier.
LIMITATIONS
- Does not adhere to polyethylene (PE), PTFE (Teflon®) or silicone surfaces.
- Do not use at temperatures below +5°C.
- Cured foam adhesive needs to be covered with a suitable material to protect against UV rays.
- Not recommended for bituminous surfaces.
- Windowsills must have additional constructional support, foam can only be used as an adhesive.
