A primer based on polymer dispersion is intended for both indoor and outdoor use. It is particularly effective in priming, strengthening and structuring loose chalk and lime surfaces (ensures water vapor and air permeability, which is especially important for ventilated materials), improves surface adhesion and evens out absorbency before tiling, painting, plastering, wallpapering or other surface treatment work. Suitable for plastered gypsum, lime-gypsum, concrete, cement-based mineral surfaces, as well as ceramic and mineral wool boards.

Properties:

  • The surface temperature of the material must not be lower than +5 °C
  • Slightly white color
  • pH value: 6.0 – 9.0
  • Drying time: 5–24 hours (depending on surface absorbency and other factors)
  • Density: 1.00–1.05 g/cm³

Application:

  • The surface must be dry, uniform, and free of oil, grease, residues of organic solvents, and other contaminants. If necessary, remove any loose particles that are not mechanically bound to the surface.
  • The primer should be applied with a roller, brush, or by spraying, ensuring the surface is thoroughly and evenly wetted.
  • For optimal results, it is recommended to apply in multiple layers, allowing each layer to dry before applying the next.
  • Further surface treatment can be carried out after 5–24 hours, once the primer is completely dry. (Drying time depends on surface absorbency, the amount of primer applied, ambient temperature, and airflow.)

Consumption:
For smooth surfaces: approximately 100–130 ml/m²
For surfaces with particularly rough texture: up to 200 ml/m²

Storage:
Store in a sealed container at a temperature between +5 °C and +30 °C.
Protect from freezing.
Shelf life: 2 years from the date of manufacture.
