Technical Data

Consumption: 1.6 kg/m2 for a 1 mm layer. Consumption data is theoretical and does not take into account additional material consumption due to surface porosity, surface profile, level differences, losses or any other changes. Apply the product on a test area to calculate the exact consumption for the specific substrate conditions and intended application equipment.
Chemical base: Cement-based mortar
Shelf life: 12 months from date of production
Storage conditions: The product must be stored in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging in a dry place at temperatures between +5 °C and +35 °C. Always refer to the label on the packaging. For information on safe use and storage, refer to the valid Safety Data Sheet.
Bulk density of the material: 1.62 kg/m³(ISO 697)
Application
Sikafloor®-040 RenoRapid is used as: Levelling, repair and filling mortar for cement-based floors and walls.
Sikafloor®-040 RenoRapid is used for interior and exterior applications. When applied outdoors it must be protected with an additional waterproofing coating. Sikafloor®-040 RenoRapid is used in the following types of buildings and structures:

Offices;
Residential and domestic;
Swimming pools;
Terraces.
