PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Elastic, plastic white acrylic sealant for filling gaps and cracks in moving joints.

APPLICATION AREAS
▪ Sealing joints requiring high movement capability  
▪ Filling joints between window or door frames and walls  
▪ Filling joints between walls and ceilings  
▪ Filling joints between plasterboards and screw holes  
▪ Repairing surface defects before painting  

APPLICATION

Cut off the threaded top of the cartridge and screw on the applicator nozzle. Cut the nozzle to the required opening size. Insert the cartridge into the gun and prime the applicator by pressing the trigger several times.

Apply the sealant evenly along the joint while pressing the trigger. Smooth the surface with a rubber spatula and remove excess material.

Maximum joint size: 30 × 20 mm. Larger joints must be filled in two layers, allowing the first layer to fully cure (2.5–3 mm per day).

Painting is only recommended after full curing. Premature painting may cause cracking.

RECOMMENDATIONS
▪ Application temperature: +5 °C to +40 °C  
▪ Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of grease and dust  
▪ Cures by water evaporation  
▪ High humidity, low temperature and deep joints slow curing  
▪ Painting after curing is strongly recommended for durability  
▪ Ensure adequate joint ventilation  
▪ Avoid mechanical stress during curing  
▪ Do not apply below +5 °C  

LIMITATIONS
▪ Not suitable for joints with movement exceeding 12.5%  
▪ Not suitable for joints permanently exposed to water
