Genesis PUA End Profile for 5 mm Vinyl Panels, 2.6 m, Matt Black is a decorative aluminium profile designed to finish and protect exposed edges of vinyl wall panels.

The profile covers the cut edge of the panel and helps protect it against impact, chipping, moisture and other damage. Its matt-black finish provides a clean and modern appearance.

Preparation: check the actual panel thickness against the 5 mm profile channel. The substrate must be stable, level, dry and free from dust, grease, silicone and loose material.

Cutting: measure and cut the profile using a tool suitable for aluminium. Remove burrs and protect the matt-black surface against scratching during cutting.

Installation: position the profile at the end of the panel system and secure it using an adhesive compatible with aluminium, vinyl panels and the substrate.

Insert the panel into the channel without excessive force. Maintain the installation and expansion allowance specified by the panel manufacturer.
