Corrugated PVC Electrical Conduit with Draw Wire 16 mm, 320 N, 50 m, Grey is a flexible protective conduit designed for routing electrical, data, antenna and other low-voltage cables.

The corrugated construction provides flexibility and simplifies installation in wall chases, beneath plaster, inside plasterboard partitions, hollow walls and suspended ceilings. The integrated draw wire makes cable installation faster and easier.

Installation planning: select the conduit according to the number and outside diameter of the cables. The internal diameter is 11 mm. Allow sufficient free space for pulling cables without excessive friction or damage to their insulation.

Plan the route with as few tight bends as possible. Use accessible pulling or junction boxes on long routes and where several bends are necessary.

Installation: cut the conduit with a suitable tool and remove sharp edges. Secure it using fasteners designed for 16 mm conduit. Do not crush, flatten or sharply bend the conduit.

Cable pulling: attach the cable securely to the integrated draw wire. Keep the connection smooth and compact to prevent it from catching on the internal corrugations. Pull the cable evenly without sudden jerks.

Mechanical resistance: the 320 N rating is intended for light mechanical loads. Additional protection is required where the conduit may be exposed to heavy compression, impact or vehicle loads.

Safety: electrical installations must be completed by a qualified person. Disconnect the electrical supply and verify the absence of voltage before beginning work.

Storage: store the coil in a dry place protected from sunlight, heat, chemicals, sharp objects and mechanical deformation.
