Griddle without cooking grate Weber 7421

Griddle

Built for Gourmet BBQ System cooking grates

What's better than waking up in the morning and enjoying the fresh air and tranquility of your garden? Slip out of bed, fire up your barbecue and prepare a mouthwatering breakfast on the Gourmet BBQ System Griddle. The griddle heats up quickly and evenly to guarantee delicious pancakes, crispy hash browns, perfectly-browned French toast and sizzling bacon.

Keep the bacon grease outdoors and cook crisp-tender asparagus and perfectly seared scallops – without fear of anything falling through the grates. Made of porcelain-enamelled cast iron, the heavy-duty Griddle provides exceptional heat retention and heat distribution to ensure evenly cooked food, whether you’re preparing an outdoor breakfast feast or a delicious griddled dinner. The Griddle is designed to be used with the Gourmet BBQ System (GBS) cooking grates – just remove the circular grate insert, and pop in the Griddle to get a secure fit while your pancakes and bacon sizzle away. For best results, hand washing is recommended.v
