Weber Alder All-Natural Hardwood Pellets 8 kg 18290 are natural hardwood pellets designed for cooking and smoking food in wood pellet grills. The combination of alder and beech wood gives food a medium-intensity, subtle and balanced smoke flavour.

The pellets contain 40% alder and 60% beech wood by weight. They contain no fillers and are especially suitable for cooking fish. The flavour also pairs well with poultry, seafood and vegetables.
