Uponor Uni Pipe PLUS Pre-Insulated Multilayer Pipe S6 WLS 035, 25x2.5 mm, Blue, 50 m is a factory-insulated composite pipe designed for drinking-water and heating installations.

The pipe has a five-layer construction with a seamless aluminium layer positioned between the inner and outer PE-RT layers. The aluminium layer provides oxygen-diffusion tightness, reduces thermal expansion and helps the pipe retain its installed shape.

Installation: use only compatible Uponor fittings and approved installation tools. Uncoil gradually without twisting, flattening or sharply kinking the pipe. Cut the pipe squarely and prepare the pipe end according to the installation instructions for the selected Uponor connection system.

Pressure testing: test the completed system for tightness and pressure before concealing the pipework. Follow the applicable Uponor testing protocol and project requirements.

Operating conditions: the maximum continuous operating temperature for drinking-water installations is 70 °C at up to 10 bar. For heating applications, a continuous temperature of up to 80 °C at up to 10 bar is specified.

Storage: store the coil in dry conditions in its original packaging. Protect it from sunlight, chemicals, sharp objects and mechanical damage. Keep the hygienic end caps in place until installation.
