K-FLEX EVOH PE-RT II Underfloor Heating Pipe 16x2 mm, 200 m is a flexible multilayer pipe designed for water-based underfloor, wall and ceiling heating systems.

The pipe is manufactured from raised-temperature-resistant PE-RT II and incorporates an EVOH oxygen-barrier layer. The barrier reduces oxygen diffusion into the heating system and helps protect pumps, manifolds, heat exchangers and other metal components against corrosion.

Installation: design the pipe spacing, individual circuit length, flow rate and pressure loss before installation. Unroll the pipe gradually without twisting or kinking it. Maintain the specified minimum bending radius and protect the pipe from sharp edges and mechanical damage.

Each underfloor heating circuit should be made from one continuous pipe length. Avoid concealed joints inside the floor screed. Pressure-test the complete system before applying screed or covering the pipe.

Storage: store the coil in a dry place protected from direct sunlight, weather, chemicals, sharp objects and mechanical damage.
