PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Vapor insulation tape for covering window and door joints from the inside. Ensures airtightness, protects window and door joints and prevents moisture from entering building foam and wall structures.

USE
Cut the required length of tape. Remove the protective film from the adhesive strip and stick the tape to the window sill.

If the window or door is installed at the same level as the plane of the wall, an additional space equal to the width of the tape should be left in the corners (see drawing). If the window or door is installed inward from the plane of the wall, an additional space equal to half the width of the tape should be left in the corners (see drawing).

The tape is glued along the perimeter of the frame, starting from the bottom strip of the window. Do the same on all sides of the window that need to be sealed. Then install the window or door jamb in place, secure properly and fill the window joint with construction foam. Once the foam has hardened, remove any excess foam and attach the other side of the tape to the jamb/wall. Use a soft roller for optimal adhesion.

The adhesive strips on both sides of the window tape allow it to be installed both before and after the window/door installation and the use of mounting foam.
