Product description
The best priming solution for difficult or problematic surfaces.
“Super Grund” provides excellent adhesion to the substrate, making it suitable
for priming challenging surfaces such as MDF and chipboard panels, laminate,
glass, rigid PVC, industrially painted and lacquered surfaces, as well as
ceramic tiles prior to painting.
The primer is intended for interior use and is suitable for priming furniture,
tiles, doors, window sills, mouldings and other difficult-to-treat surfaces.
It can also be used for priming walls and ceilings before applying latex paints.
Additionally, it is suitable for use in wet rooms before painting with moisture-
resistant paints such as “Sadolin EasyCare Kitchen & Bathroom”.
Priming the surface with “Super Grund” ensures excellent paint adhesion on even
the most challenging substrates and provides a flawless and long-lasting
topcoat finish. The primer is easy to apply and dries quickly. If required, it
can be tinted to light shades.
Application instructions
• Stir the primer thoroughly before use.
• Apply one coat of Super Grund primer.
• The primer is ready for use; if necessary, it may be diluted with clean water
(up to 10% by volume).
• Apply using a roller, brush or spray equipment.
• Allow the primer layer to dry completely before painting.
• During priming and/or painting, air and surface temperature should be
+10…25 °C (recommended +18±2 °C), relative air humidity 40…80%
(recommended 65%).
• After drying, lightly sand the primed surface with fine-grit sandpaper and
remove dust.
• When applying bright colours (red, yellow, orange), it is recommended to use
a primer tinted as close as possible to the final paint colour to ensure good
coverage.
