Terrace stain is designed for excellent protection in outdoor work - terraces, garden furniture, stairs, walkways, bridges and other wooden surfaces. The stain is intended for pine, larch terrace boards and thermowood. It provides excellent UV protection, increased wear resistance and is easy to renew.
Consumption: 8-12 m2/l on pine or spruce, 30-36 m2/l on hardwood and larch depending on the absorbency of the surface.
How to use:
- Shake and mix the package thoroughly before use.
- Apply the stain as evenly and thinly as possible on a clean, dry and flat surface. Let it absorb for 20-30 minutes. When the oil has absorbed, remove excess oil with a cotton cloth or paper towels. Any defects in the staining process can be eliminated within 40 minutes after the initial application. Intermediate sanding is not necessary. When staining unplaned wood, the oil should be spread evenly over the surface. In this case, excess oil does not need to be wiped off the surface.
- After approximately 24 hours, apply a second coat of oil as thinly as possible. Let it soak in for 15-30 minutes and wipe off any excess oil thoroughly.*Make sure the first coat is completely dry before applying the second coat. Sanding is not necessary during the surface restoration process. Usually, one coat is enough to restore the surface.
