BIHUI LFRS5 Rail System for Large-Format Tile Cutting 0.8–3.6m

BIHUI LFRS5 is a professional modular guide-rail system designed for the precise cutting of large-format ceramic, porcelain and stoneware tiles. The system is compatible with the BIHUI LFMC5 manual cutting head and the BIHUI LFEC5 electric tile cutter.

The set contains three connectable aluminium guide rails with a combined length of 3.6 m. The rail sections measure 1.4 m, 1.4 m and 0.8 m, allowing the working length to be adjusted for tiles and slabs of different sizes.

The rails are reinforced with steel rods to improve structural rigidity and provide stable, straight movement of the cutting head. The system is suitable for processing large-format tiles with a cutting length of up to 3.2 m.

Four suction cups help secure the rails to the tile surface, while two F-clamps provide additional fixing at the edges of the material. A transport bag or case is included for convenient storage of the rails and fixing accessories.

Important! Before use, check the alignment of all rail connections and the adhesion of the suction cups to the tile surface. The surface must be clean to prevent the rails from moving during cutting. The LFMC5 cutting head and LFEC5 electric cutter must be purchased separately.
