PLANIPATCH XTRA ZERO

Fine-grained, extra-fast-drying thixotropic cement-based repair mortar for local repairs, applicable in thicknesses from 0 to 50 mm in a single coat.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Planipatch Xtra Zero is suitable for local repair and levelling of interior floors, walls, steps and corners, including feather-edge applications down to zero (0 mm), when a fast-setting and fast-drying compound is required to achieve an exceptionally smooth surface. It is suitable for residential, office, commercial and industrial areas.

Application examples  
Suitable for:
▪ Levelling unfinished substrates with rough texture, including feather-edge applications.  
▪ Filling voids, holes and cracks in substrates (provided they are stable).  
▪ Rapid corner restoration and local repairs prior to installing floor coverings or final levelling with suitable self-levelling compounds.  
▪ Skimming and local repair of stair and column edges.

Suitable substrates include:
▪ Concrete slabs, cement screeds and screeds made with Mapecem, Mapecem Pronto, Topcem or Topcem Pronto.  
▪ Anhydrite and magnesia-based screeds.  
▪ Heated floors.  
▪ Ceramic tiles, terrazzo and natural stone.  
▪ Concrete walls and cement renders.  
▪ Existing substrates with firmly bonded residues of waterproof adhesives or levelling compounds.  
▪ Stair and column edges.

When mixed with Latex Plus, Planipatch Xtra Zero can be used to level properly prepared metal and wooden surfaces, existing substrates with residues of paint, resin and bitumen-based adhesives, as well as fully bonded resilient and wooden floors.  
Planipatch Xtra Zero + Latex Plus can also be used as a priming and adhesion-promoting coat before applying levelling compounds on non-absorbent substrates.
