Partition wall plates AEROC Element are made of porous concrete with dry tightness of 450 kg/m³ and normalized compressive strength of fb=3,5 N/mm². The boards are produced in four different widths (150 mm; 100 mm; 75 mm, 50 mm).AEROC Element partition wall plates are I class wall blocks that meet the requirements of the Harmonized Wall Blocks Standard. They also have the CE-marking. AEROC Element blocks are cuboid-shaped wall blocks with smooth surface.AEROC partition wall plates are meant for building load bearing interior walls in damp rooms and rooms with dry air . Also multi-layered exterior walls with excessive heat insulation and lining (stone-; cladding- and other lining). When all the requirements are conformed, the plates can also be used for building load bearing constructions.Multi-layered AEROC Element partition walls also meet the sound insulation requirements of blocks of flats. Thanks to their good fire resistance, these plates are very suitable for filling all kinds of shafts (elevator-, pipe-, cable- etc). The walls are easy to elaborate – plaster and plate.Thanks to big measurements, AEROC Element partition walls get ready very quickly – faster than any kinds of block- or rock walls. In 1m² wall there is 4,2 partition wall plates. Partition wall boards are meant for installing in joint method, that is possible due to smooth surface and accurate measrements of the blocks. Glue joints fossilize faster and therefore the brickwork is stronger. When laying the blocks, AEROC block glue with compressive strength of ≥10 N/mm² is used. All the horizontal joints of the brickwork must be properly filled with glue and the joints can not be thinner than 1mm or thicker tha 3mm.For transpoting, the blocks are packed on stillages with measurements of 0,8 x 1,2 m. To provide protection from weather, the blocks are covered with thermo shrinking foil.
