Universal adhesive foam for various interior and exterior construction works. Replaces traditional compound or screw fasteners as a simpler, faster, cleaner, quieter and cheaper solution.

USE

Use with EasyGun applicator

Shake the balloon vigorously at least 20 times. Hold the foam cylinder in an upright position and remove the cap from the cylinder nozzle. Attach the EasyGun applicator to the balloon valve by gently pressing on it until it clicks into place. During use, turn the canister upside down and press the EasyGun applicator tab firmly against the canister. Adjust the amount of foam with the applicator tab.

Application with the help of a foam gun

Shake the balloon vigorously at least 20 times. Hold the cylinder in an upright position and remove the adapter cap. Screw the cylinder onto the gun by holding the gun handle with one hand and screwing the cylinder with the other. When screwing, make sure the gun is not pointed at people. The cylinder must not be screwed onto the gun with the valve down or by screwing the gun onto the cylinder. During use, turn the balloon upside down and press the trigger of the gun evenly. Adjust the amount of foam with the trigger of the gun.

Gluing of insulation and finishing plates

Apply the adhesive foam evenly on the plate parallel to its edges (3-4 cm from the edge), then apply one strip of glue in the center of the plate parallel to its longest edge (distance between the strips of glue up to 25 cm). After applying the adhesive foam to the plate, wait 2-3 minutes, then press the plate to the wall. The position of the plate attached to the wall can be adjusted within the first 5 minutes. The adhesive foam is strong enough for fixing insulation boards. If the insulation board is covered with facade coating, the need for additional mechanical strengthening is determined by the building project, building regulations, standards and other relevant recommendations. It is always recommended to use fasteners (screws, dowels). This product is not recommended for use on bituminous surfaces. In some cases, the adhesive has sufficient adhesion, for example, when fixing insulation boards to foundations treated with bitumen before filling with soil. Always test before use.

Strengthening windows

Before installing the windowsills, make sure that the base surface is leveled. Splints must be used to support window sills, foam can only be used as glue. Apply the adhesive foam on the base surface 3-4 cm from the edge. To fix the window sills, you need to use a load until the foam hardens completely.

Gluing of building blocks

Adhesive foam can be used for interior non-bearing walls. The first row of blocks must be leveled using mortar. The base must be moistened, as the foam hardens when exposed to moisture. At temperatures below +5 °C, it is recommended to treat the block surface with PENOSIL Premium Foam Activator. Adhesive foam forms a thin layer of glue. After applying the glue, press the stone surfaces immediately after applying the glue. The glue should be applied to both vertical and horizontal surfaces.
