ESSVE chemical anchor mass ONE is intended for qualified applications. The ONE anchor is CE-marked and is approved for the installation of threaded rods, studs and fittings in cracked and non-cracked concrete. Suitable for general installation in aggressive environments, berths and ports, as well as other applications where high requirements for fastening requirements are imposed. ONE anchoring compound is a high-performance two-component compound consisting of vinyl ester resin, hardener and quartz sand. The mixed product has a very faint odor, so it is suitable for indoor use. ESSVE ONE does not contain styrene, so it is safer to use. Installation with a standard 300 ml cartridge gun. In total, the following approvals and test reports are available: • ETA for installation in cracked and non-cracked concrete (version 1) - Threaded rods / studs M8-M30- Fittings Ø8-Ø32 mm- Installation in water-filled holes (M8- M16 and Ø8-Ø16 mm) - Seismic bearing capacity of category C1 • ETA for masonry and lightweight concrete (M8-M16) • Certified for contact with drinking water (NSF / ANSI standard 61) • Fire test report R120 • Test report on thermal, mechanical and electrical properties of anchor properties The mass and hardener are mixed in a specially shaped mixing nozzle. Properly mixed anchor mass should be light gray. The drilled hole must always be cleaned with a brush and blown with an air stream before laying the anchor. As the function of the anchor is based on adhesion to the surrounding material, it is very important to always follow the installation instructions for the anchor in the ETA opinion, thoroughly cleaning and blowing the hole to remove all concrete dust and debris that could otherwise impair load-bearing capacity and safety. When installing in cracked concrete, the special installation procedures specified in the ETA opinion must be used. When mounting in hollow materials, a perforated sleeve must be used. Perforated sleeves are available in three sizes suitable for M8-M16 threaded rods / bolts, see anchor mass accessories. When using a perforated sleeve, it must all be filled with mass.
