Gyproc AluLight Concealed Plasterboard Access Panel 300x300x12.5 mm is a concealed aluminium access panel designed for installation in plasterboard walls and ceilings.

The panel provides convenient access to pipes, valves, electrical installations, cable routes, ventilation components and other building services located behind plasterboard linings.

Installation: check the location of framing, pipes and electrical cables before cutting the opening. The installation frame measures 295 × 295 mm, while the required construction opening is approximately 300 × 300 mm.

Insert, align and secure the frame without twisting it. For wall installation, position the locking mechanisms at the top. Protect the locking mechanism and safety catches from filler, primer and paint.

Finishing: fill the joint around the frame and the visible screw positions in the door insert. Once dry, sand, prime and paint the surface together with the surrounding wall or ceiling.
