Gyproc AluLight Concealed Plasterboard Access Panel 500x500x12.5 mm is a concealed aluminium access panel designed for installation in plasterboard walls and ceilings.

The panel provides convenient access to pipes, valves, electrical installations, cable routes, ventilation components and other building services located behind plasterboard linings.

Installation: prepare the opening according to the manufacturer's instructions. Check for hidden pipes, electrical cables and framing components before cutting the plasterboard.

Insert, align and secure the aluminium frame without twisting or deforming it. For wall installation, position the locking mechanisms at the top. Protect the push latches and safety catches from filler, primer and paint.

Finishing: fill the joint between the frame and the surrounding plasterboard. Fill the visible screw positions in the door insert. Allow the filler to dry before sanding, priming and painting.
