using the automated opt-out option included in the commercial communication to opt out from receiving further communications by clicking the opt-out link at the end of the relevant commercial communication (e-mail);

SIA “OPTIMERA LATVIA” shall stop sending commercial communications as soon as the person’s opt out request is processed. The processing of the request may take up to one business day.

SIA “OPTIMERA LATVIA” will not permit using personal data for advertising and communication needs by third parties.
