Definitions

Processing - Any operation or a set of operations involving personal data or personal data sets carried out with or without automated means, for example, collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, viewing, use, disclosure by transferring, distributing or otherwise making the data available, coordination or combination, restriction, deletion or destruction.

Controller - A physical or legal entity, public authority, agency or other body which alone or jointly with other entities determines the purposes and means of personal data processing.

Client - Any physical or legal entity who uses, has used or has expressed their desire to use any services provided by the Service provider or is any way related to such.

Personal data - Any information that related to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
